The Messenger
Send him east then across to the west,
The poles both north and south,
For there's no greater way of spreading the news,
Than there is by word of mouth.
For the truth to be told by men so bold,
Who'd travel the world so wide,
Would have nothing to fear
From his fellow mans ear,
Speak it; you've nothing to hide.
So what is this truth you talk of,
Is it in money, gold or charms.
Simpler than that my dear good friend
Welcome Nations with open arms.
For the sooner the lesson is heard by all,
The quicker the learning will be,
That the cultures, colours and creeds of this world,
Can live in peace on this earth you see.
